The site 5m x 17m is located in District 7, is a house in a row house with mandatory planning regulations such as house height, setback, and balcony, etc.

The house is designed for rent, including an office on the ground floor and four apartments

The design team wanted to create a house surrounded by tropical gardens. The suspended floor structure is used for the ground floor space to remove the column in the angular position thereby creating a smooth feeling in the house and garden.

The house is impressed by the staircase structured like wooden bars designed along the length of the house. The staircase is not only a transportation axis but also a ventilation place for all apartments. It is like a garden of light and a resting place for meeting members of the house ...

The house receives a large amount of heat from the west, so the design solution in each apartment is the auxiliary functions that are pushed out, creating a sun filter including 3 layers: a balcony with green garden, curtain and door system and area cooking, eating and reading area to cover the sun for the main living space, but still, ensure a view of the river.

Khu đất 5x17m  nằm trong 1 dãy phố liên kế ở Q7, với những qui hoạch bắt buộc về cao độ,khoảng lùi,ban công,…

Công trình xây dựng  cho thuê với 1 văn phòng ở tầng trệt và 4 căn hộ.

Ý tưởng  1 ngôi nhà nằm giữa vườn,nên tầng trệt với thiết kế kết cấu treo  làm mất cột góc tạo ra cảm giác trong nhà  ngoài vườn liên thông. Hệ thang lam gỗ nằm dọc nhà,khi đó thang vừa là trục giao thông ,vừa là nơi thông gió cho toàn bộ các căn hộ, vừa là khu vườn ánh sáng,  là nơi nghỉ ngơi gặp gỡ của các thành viên trong nhà…

Công trình nhận nắng hướng Tây , nên trong từng căn hộ ,các khu chức năng phụ được đẩy ra ngoài, ,khi đó bộ lọc nắng sẽ bao gồm 3 lớp : ban công cây xanh, hệ rèm + cửa ,khu vực nấu nướng ăn uống đọc sách tiếp khách che nắng cho  khu nghỉ ngơi , nhưng vẫn đảm bao tầm nhìn xa về phía dòng sông.
